In learning how to cope with and transform our feelings of fear, aloneness, hurt, anger, we have a precious gift - each other. Groupwork and supportive therapies offer an opportunity to overcome isolation through the sharing of feelings. In a safe and loving environment, healing can take place on many levels. A team of trained counsellors, group facilitators & therapists work together in helping people on the healing journey.
